Microneedling is a collagen-induction treatment that uses a device with fine, sterile needles to create controlled micro-channels in the skin. This triggers the skin's natural repair response and collagen production, while also allowing active serums, such as growth factor, DNA salmon (PDRN), or brightening actives, to absorb far more deeply than they would topically.
Most clients need 3 to 6 sessions spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart for noticeable improvement.
A numbing cream is applied beforehand, so most clients feel only mild pressure or warmth.
Expect redness similar to a sunburn for 1 to 3 days, with light flaking possible after.
Microneedling uses physical micro-injury to trigger repair and boost serum absorption; RF uses heat energy to tighten skin. They're often combined for enhanced results.
